This program helps them to start their career life by enhancing their knowledge and performance. Exposure to Islamic Banking knowledge, soft skills, hands on training and special mentoring programs along side with theoretical and practical learning channels are provided.
Ruwaad
‘When perfection meets leadership’
Ruwaad Program invites all ambitious individuals to develop their leadership skills The program focuses mainly on training and developing new potential among Diploma/ Bachelor graduates to take on higher and broader roles and responsibilities.
Experienced leaders in the bank are assigned as mentors for potential leaders to provide guidance.
Candidates get Career Development plan, goals and that equip them with the necessary skills and competencies that shall lead them to becoming future leaders of the Organization.
