| Description | Authorized Signature Booklet maintenance and control: •Maintaining an up to date signature booklet of the bank (SIB). •Carrying out all necessary deletions, additions and or upgrades on correspondent banks’ signatures available with SIB. •Processing the Power of attorney requests received from Human Resources Department and updating all amendments to the correspondents from time to time. •Carrying out all signature verifications on all documents, payment instruments etc received from correspondent banks i.e. Drafts/cheques, L/C, L/G etc. Solving Operational Matters arising from time to time with relationship banks Assist the department head in the annual review of country and counterparty limit and in preparing adhoc country and counterparty limit proposal as and when required. Monitor Country and counterparty exposures and generate daily reports and as and when requested. Undertake effective Due Diligence documentation on relationship banks on matters relating to KYC/AML, periodic relationship updates etc. Annual reports requests, receipt and circulation. |
