- The offers are applicable only if the payment is made using Sharjah Islamic Bank’s cards (SIB’s) (Classic, Gold, Platinum and Visa Electron). Please present SIB’s cards before asking for the bill to avail the discount
- The validity of the offer is mentioned alongside the offer
- SIB is neither responsible no guarantees the quality of the goods/services at the participating establishments nor is it liable for any defect or shortcomings or for facilitating the process of the goods and services so obtained/availed by SIB cardholders at the participating establishments.
- All participating establishments are independently liable / responsible for the quality of the goods /services or otherwise provided by them under this program. SIB will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed by the SIB’s cardholders under this offer
- The offers made under this program are being made by the participating establishments and cannot be availed in conjunction with any other offer that is in force at the participating establishments
- The offers made under this program will not be availed during the sale periods of any of the participating establishments
- The terms and conditions of the offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Rules and Regulations governing the use of SIB’s cards.
- SIB reserves its absolute right to withdraw and /or alter any of the terms and conditions of the program at any time.
