Sharjah Islamic Bank wins Customer Experience Benchmarking Index award for Most Improved Online Experience-UAE 2015

 

Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has won the xxx category at the Customer Experience Benchmarking Index awards 2015.The awards took place on 8th December at the prestigious Burj al Arab Jumeirah hotel in Dubai. The annual customer experience awards, which is hotly anticipated by the GCC retail banking industry,is run by Ethos Integrated Solutions and is now in its 11th year.

 

Khulood Al Nakhi Head of Service Quality & Business Process Re-Engineering said "We are proud to be recognised in this way by this Customer Experience Benchmarking Index award, which is an independent award based on customer feedback, the award is a reflection of the hard work and dedication from each and every one of Sharjah Islamic Bank 's customer service staff".

As part of the research for the awards, Ethos conduct hundreds of anonymous branch visits, calls to call centres and examines bank websites in detail. SharjahIslamic Bank competed against 22 other UAE banks as well as 64 banks altogether in the GCC.
