As a contribution from Sharjah Islamic Bank to support its customers, we have done the following:

 

  • Reduce the Company Account minimum  balance to AED 10,000
  • Increase the ATM cash withdrawal limit to AED 15,000 and AED 25,000 for Priority customers
  • 0% Easy Payment Plan for transactions above AED 500 on Smiles Card has been extended to 6 months when paying for school fees and groceries. SMS (EPP) to 6667
  • Up to 80% cash withdrawal of Smiles Card limit with 0% profit for up to 6 months. SMS (EC) to 6667
  • 0% profit rate for 6 months and easy installments when transferring outstanding balances of other banks credit card to Smiles Card. SMS (BT) to 6667
  • Zero fees on cash withdrawal from ATMs of other banks in UAE
  • Zero fees on balance inquiry from ATMs of other banks  in UAE
  • One month installment postponement without fees for Real Estate Finance for salaried and self-employed customers whose contracts are with monthly repayments
  • Reduce the down payment by 5% for Real Estate Finance across all Nationalities for first-time home buyers of residential ready property
  • Directly impacted customers can postpone finance installments for up to 3 months
