Job Purpose:
The primary role of officer is to assist Manager/AVP-Transaction Banking in respect of promotion of TBS products include Cash, Trade, Host to Host and online banking.
- Role is expected to assist existing clients in respect of their day-to-day requirements.
- Coordination with internal stake holders such as IT team, TFS team, CBG / Real estate Team, Internet Banking Team, Risk, Legal /Compliance team, Central processing team and Treasury Team are expected to delight the clients' requirements by providing superior TBS products/services
Key Accountabilities:
Arranging preferred exchange rate for transactions to be executed by the clients:
- Receive the exchange rate request from the clients
- Contact Treasury team for the preferred exchange rate
- Contact OCD team to fix the rate in the system
- Inform the client on the rate fixed
- Check whether transaction is completed by the client
Arranging compliance approval for the new accounts & submitting supporting documents to compliance team in respect of transactions:
- Collect required documents
- Send the same to Compliance team and follow up
- Once approval received, communicate with the TBS RM/Client
Online penetration for Trade & Cash:
- Study the requirements from the client's end and persuade them to move into online/digital mode for their transactions.
- Assess the issues faced by the client and provide remedial measures by coordinating with concerned team in the bank.
- Sending online application forms for the new and existing customer for updating .Follow up with IB team for fixing the requirement of customer in Internet Banking
- Coordinate with CPD-Salary team for WPS/Non WPS payments
- Co-ordinate with Trade Team for online L/cs/Guarantees
Customer service:
Demonstrate our promise and apply the service standards to deliver the bank's expected level of service to our internal and external customers.
- Assist TBS RM in updating the Trade License
- Coordinate with Branch and OCD for Audit confirmation of balances
Assist in System Development for new products:
Coordinate with Product Manager in respect of system development for Trade and cash products and
provide required input for preparation of BCA, BRD and review of FSD and preparation of SOP.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Computers/ Systems /Software Skills: MS Office - Basic
- Language Skills : Arabic & English (Proficient)
