Job Purpose:
To supervise and control activities of the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of banking operations. To support the business (Direct Sales & Variable Sales) by handling day-to-day operational activities including detailed review of deal proposal, performing account opening activities, preliminary review and readiness of deals for evaluation, preparation of deal contracts and disbursal/ booking in System & post booking activities, MIS reporting and compilation, liaising with different Departments and maintaining intra Bank relationship for Sales support and Services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise the performance of the coordinators in their daily operations. Provide support and guidance to ensure they are carrying their tasks correctly in timely and accurate manner. Provide training rotation for staff to enhance their knowledge and to provide backups for each function.
- Attends to and resolves issues and complaints that arise with the customers according to delegated authorities. Liaises with Head Office on behalf of customers to ensure follow up and timely processing of their complaints, problems, etc.
- Review and discuss internal audit reports findings and act appropriately to make corrections and avoid repetition of the infraction or violation.
- Monitor the performance of assigned employees, determines their training needs and provides appropriate coaching and training to enhance their capabilities and performance.
- Review internal reports, performance against established targets comments and provides guidance and support for further action as applicable.
- Policies, procedures and Underwriting
- Communicate the requirements of operational procedures and instructions to subordinate and monitor their adherence in order to carry out work in a controlled manner. Adhere to all bank's policies and procedures, handle the underwriting approval as per delegation and guidelines.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor /Diploma Degree (Preferably in Business Studies/Management/Finance/Commerce)
- Minimum Experience: 5 Years in Branch operations
- Language Skills: Excellent Communication Verbal & Written in English.
- Working Knowledge of Arabic
- Computer/ System / Software Skills: Proficient in Computer Applications & Banking Software
