Job Purpose:

In line with the Bank's growth strategy, the Senior Manager will assist and support Head of Consumer Finance in managing the retail banking strategy, planning & MIS as a function. He will also be jointly responsible with Head of Consumer Finance for the development and monitoring of achievement to ensure RBG profitability.

Reporting to Head of Consumer Finance, the Senior Manager will manage and design the RBG product strategy with the help of product managers. He will monitor and report the achievements, design and execute MIS reports for different retail banking products and distribution channels, which include the branch network and direct sales, and as a result improve business origination in terms of quantity and quality thus ensuring portfolio growth and ultimately the Bank's profitability.

• NBT Salary Credit MIS
• Retail Delinquency Report
• Retail Products Early Settled Report
• Retail Product Origination Reports
• Product Profitability Report
• Credit Card Performance Dashboard
• New/Closed/Net Accounts Report
• Branches Performance Dashboard
  

Providing analytical support to Product Managers and Heads:

• Providing analytical support to the HRBG
• Asset Segmentation - Demographics, Portfoliowise, etc.
• Credit Card sales with channel-wise split
• Credit Card ENR growth and spend performance analysis
• Preparing Cross-sell lists for Branches
• Retail Strategy calculation
• Target Upload in Hyperion Budgeting System
  

Operational Risk Governance Framework Activities:

• Assist the Departments under their responsibility in conducting the OR related activities such as development and monitoring of RCSAs and KRIs, conducting Control Testing, Loss reporting and any Business Continuity Management related activities.
• Provide relevant guidance and training to their respective Departments on the various risk management     tools used in SIB guided by the relevant policies and procedures.
• Ensure the adherence by their respective areas to their various roles and responsibilities referred to in the OR framework and procedures.

Personal Development:

• Attend Business Analytical / Product related business courses organized by Bank and other training organisations to enhance analytics and business understanding.
• Explore avenues whereby learning/best practices from other countries and other banks within region can be studied for future implementation.

Qualification, Experience & Other Skills

• Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor: Financial & Banking Science, Financial Management
• Minimum Experience - 7- 8 years in the same role and industry
• Computers/ Systems / Software Skills - MS Office - Expert
• Languages - English & Arabic
