Job Purpose:

To supervise and control activities of the branch to ensure accurate and timely processing of banking operations.  To assist the Branch Manager to achieve set targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Business Operations :

Maintains custody of keys to the branch: enters the branch in time to activate the IT system for operations to begin, unloads and reloads backup tapes and open the premises for customers to start coming into the branch.

Ensures Sales & Targets assigned are accomplished.

People Management:

• Supervise the performance of Senior Customer services officers, Branch operations officer and Head Teller in their daily operations;
• Provide support and guidance to ensure they are carrying their Knowledge and to provide back ups for each functions.

Customer Service :

• Attends to adn resolves issues and complaints that arise with customers according to his/her delegated authorities.
• Liaises with Head Office on behalf of customers to ensure follow up and timely processing of their complaints, problem, etc.

Cash Control:

Manages the cash movement to and from the branch. Includes arranging with Head Office movement of cash to the branch either through withdrawal from Central Bank or transfer between branches

Qualifications, Experiences & Technical Skills: 

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration
• Minimum Experience: Minimum 7 years experience as teller and customer service agent in retail branches.
• Language Skills: Arabic & English (Proficient) 
• Computers/ Systems /Software Skills : MS Office - Accounting/ERP Softwares -  Intermediate
