Job Purpose:
To advances our unit in legal work and to service the bank to be our work effective to collect the rights of the bank and Provision of legal services commensurate with the requirements of the bank and provide him with legal avenues to collect their dues
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide legal support to legal team and the bank on relevant legal issues
- Conduct research and analysis of the Bank's legal issues
- Compare legal documents
- Review legal documents (e.g. contracts, deeds and other legal documents)
- Review all legal consultancy type and giving advice on it
Frameworks, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority:
Works according to established procedures within the policy of the bank. Makes own decisions for matters within the scope of the position and refers major decisions and recommendations to higher levels of supervision for further discussion, approval and handling
Qualification, Experience & Other Skills :
- Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor of Law
- Minimum Experience : 2-3 years in the same role and function
- Computers/ Systems /Software Skills : MS Office - Intermediate
- Language: Good communication skills both oral and written in English & Arabic
