Job Purpose:

The Proposition Manager for the Excellence Segment will support the Head of Excellence Banking to differentiate SIB services and create unique value propositions that attract and retain high-value clients, by analyzing the evolving needs of and developing and refining SIB product offerings

Key Accountabilities:

• Enhancing and strengthening of the excellence proposition through product development and Marketing Campaigns: Collaborating with product and marketing teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to Excellence Banking clients, and to come up with sales drive campaigns to boost RM productivity and to encourage cross selling and enhancing the market share for the Excellence Segment
• Conducting thorough market research to understand emerging trends and customer needs.
• Strategic Planning: Support the Head of Excellence Banking in constructing strategies to position SIB products and services effectively in the market.
• Client Engagement and Experience: Working closely with RMs to gather feedback from clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Enhance the profitability of the Excellence banking and ensure achievements of the financial targets
• Elevate customer experience through the digitizing the processes of all services and touchpoints, such as Onboarding journeys, Products journeys …etc.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the banking industry, preferably in the priority or wealth management segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytics skills
• Excellent command of MS Office tools
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Priority and Excellence banking
