By submitting this form, the applicant, undertake and agree that the information and documents enclosed with this application are true and correct, submitted documents will become part of the Bank’s records and may not be returned. The applicant hereby authorize Sharjah Islamic Bank to verify any information contained in this application from source it may consider appropriate, and access the applicant credit information from Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB).

By agreeing to provide consent for receiving marketing communication, special offers of the products and Services offered by Sharjah Islamic Bank on the website, ATM, SMS, Online & Mobile Banking, Social Media, Call Center or any other channel you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without limitation or exception, and acknowledge having read them in their entirety

You agree to grant Sharjah Islamic Bank the right to collect, store and process any information or data you provide to Sharjah Islamic Bank and to use information and data about your use of the requested services

Sharjah Islamic Bank may share any information and data with (third parties0 based on your permission obtained for receiving information on special offers by using this site or other mediums and you hereby explicitly agree to the collection and use of the said data by Sharjah Islamic Bank for the purpose described in the application

Sharjah Islamic Bank and/ or third parties may use such information or data to identify you on social media or other platforms in order to provide you with the latest products, offers or incentives offered Sharjah Islamic Bank or such third parties

Any conditional subscription is considered void and invalid. If you do not agree with these T&Cs, which you cannot modify, you must not subscribe to receiving special offers

Sharjah Islamic Bank reserves the right to update and to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion 

Sharjah Islamic Bank reserves the right to decide on any appropriate actions, without any commitment on our part to take specific actions and/or transfer the complaint to the authorities in case a situation arises 

You authorize Sharjah Islamic Bank and its representatives to contact you with reference to your product application(s). This consent will override any registration for “Do not Contact”/ “OPTOUT”(Call, SMS, Email)

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of any process carried out based on prior expressed consent, and it would normally take effect within 5-7 calendar days of your request. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to offer certain products or services to you.
