2. How does it work?
   Once reloaded with funds, the card allows you to spend up to the amount available. You can reload the card through SIB digital, Online Banking, the mobile app, ATMs, or at branch tellers.

3. Where can I use it?
   SIB digital prepaid cards are issued by Mastercard and can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, including grocery stores, department stores, gas stations, hotels, and for online shopping.

4. How do I load money onto it?
   You can reload your card through the SIB Digital App:
   Option 1: From the home dashboard:

   • Open the SIB Digital App and log in.
   • Navigate to the home dashboard and select the prepaid card section.
   • Click on the three dots (options menu) and select "top up."
   • Choose the account to transfer funds from, enter the amount, and confirm.
     Option 2: From the prepaid card section:
   • Log in to the SIB Digital App.
   • Go to the "prepaid card" section from the main menu and select your card.
   • Select "top up," choose the account, enter the amount, and confirm.
     You’ll receive a notification confirming the successful top-up.

5. Is there a fee for using the card?
   Yes, a reload fee of AED 10 applies for each transaction.

   Steps to block your card via the SIB Digital App:

   • Log in to the app.
   • Go to "more" and select "create new request."
   • Choose "cards" and then "block/report lost card."
   • Select the card, choose the reason for blocking, and indicate if you want a replacement.
   • Confirm the action.
     You’ll receive a notification once the card is blocked.

8. Can I reload a digital prepaid card?
   Yes, you can reload it, subject to a reload fee of AED 10.

9. Can I withdraw cash from my digital prepaid card?
   Yes, the card can be used for cash withdrawals, retail purchases, online transactions, and any sharia-compliant activities permitted by the bank.
